How to use Convert EPUB, MOBI and AZW3
Choose an unprotected ebook
Add one EPUB, MOBI or AZW3 with supported contents. For EPUB, required resources must be bundled locally rather than relying on external images, styles or fonts.
Select the reading format
Choose EPUB, MOBI, AZW3, PDF or TXT for the intended use. Consider whether you need reflowable book structure, fixed pages or a simpler text copy.

Run Process document and let the local ebook engine create the result. DRM-protected inputs and unsupported resource dependencies fail rather than being silently bypassed.
Review in the target reader
Download and open the output in its intended application. Check the contents, chapter transitions and illustrations, and review PDF pagination if you chose fixed pages.
Understand the settings
- Output
- Choose output according to the result you need. Available choices: EPUB; MOBI; AZW3; PDF; TXT. The initial selection is EPUB.
An EPUB copy for text review
An unprotected EPUB contains a short manuscript that needs plain-text review. Choose TXT and convert, then inspect chapter transitions and punctuation in the downloaded file. Retain the EPUB for any illustrations or reading structure that the plain-text copy cannot represent.

Convert EPUB, MOBI and AZW3: common questions
Can this remove ebook DRM?
No. DRM-protected or encrypted ebooks are unsupported. Use an unprotected ebook that you can legitimately process, and obtain an appropriate source copy through the publisher or owner when encryption prevents a normal conversion workflow.
Will PDF look like an ebook reader screen?
Not necessarily. Reflowable ebooks adapt to reader settings, while PDF uses fixed pages determined during conversion. Review page breaks, image sizing and text flow in the actual PDF rather than assuming the source reading layout is preserved.
Can EPUB depend on online images?
The EPUB workflow requires resources to be bundled locally and rejects external resource dependencies. Prepare a self-contained source through your authoring workflow before converting, then check the output illustrations and styles in the target reader.
What is lost in a plain-text copy?
Plain text is useful for words and simple review but cannot retain the ebook’s visual styling, interactive navigation or illustrations as a full reading experience. Keep the original ebook when those structural and visual features remain important.
Does Convert EPUB, MOBI and AZW3 upload files to another service?
Processing runs in this browser, on your device. Files and pasted input are not uploaded to a conversion server. The website and required engine assets must load first; large operations depend on available device memory.
Can I continue after changing pages?
